Reserve Your Week: Select your preferred target week and submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the calendar. This deposit holds your booking and applies directly toward your final project balance. If you would prefer to pay your deposit in check/cash, please contact us to arrange this.
Scheduling & Weather Flexibility: Window painting requires safe outdoor conditions. Rather than locking in a rigid calendar day weeks in advance, installations are completed within your booked weekly window. I will reach out to you to discuss design and timelines.
Sold Out Weeks: If your ideal week is full, we recommend booking the next best available timeframe to guarantee a spot on the calendar. During checkout, you can add a note indicating your first-choice week.
Wishlist: If you only want to submit for a specific week that is fully booked, please add the separate “Wishlist booking” and check out with that instead. While wishlist openings cannot be guaranteed, schedule shifts and weather adjustments occasionally open up earlier spots, and I do my best to accommodate preferred timelines whenever possible.

Holiday Window Painting FAQs
How do I book my custom Holiday Window Painting?
Select your preferred target week, check out completely and submit a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on the calendar. This deposit holds your booking and applies directly toward your final project balance. If you would prefer to pay your deposit with check/cash, please contact us to arrange this.
Why do you book a week-long period instead of a specific date?
Window painting requires specific outdoor conditions. The weather changes quickly here in the Gorge, so rather than locking in a rigid calendar day weeks in advance, installations are completed within your booked weekly window as the weather permits.
What do I do if my ideal week is sold out?
If your ideal week is full, we recommend booking the next best available timeframe to guarantee a spot on the calendar. During checkout, you can add a note indicating your first-choice week. While wishlist openings cannot be guaranteed, schedule shifts and weather adjustments occasionally open up earlier spots, and I do my best to accommodate preferred timelines whenever possible.
What areas do you provide Holiday Window Painting services?/
We are based in Hood River, OR and currently serve the Greater Columbia River Gorge area. If you are outside of this area and interested in having a custom window painting done, please contact us to discuss further!
How does the design process work?
You provide any details, inspiration, themes, design elements etc, and I come up with an original design and paint it. I ask for details at the time of booking, so that I can think on it and come up with something original. I do not use AI to come up with my designs and I will not paint/copy designs from other artists or client-provided AI-made artwork/designs. I do not provide mock ups for Holiday Window Paintings, but can create one at an additional cost if needed.
How much do Holiday Window Paintings cost?
Custom window paintings start at $100, with the final cost determined by window dimensions, total number of panes, sidewalk specs, color palette, and design complexity. Typical holiday window paintings averaged between $250 and $550, with flexible design options tailored to fit specific client budgets.
How long will the window painting last/ is it durable?
Paintings could withstand various weather conditions and typically last up to several months if not vandalized. Repairs & Touch-ups:
If a painting experiences accidental damage or wear, clients can reach out directly to schedule a time for an on-site assessment and repair.
Does painting the window cause any damage?
Neither the paint application nor the removal process causes damage to window glass or sills.
How does the removal process work?
Clients do not need to remove the artwork themselves—removal is included as part of every booking. For seasonal holiday installations, removal is typically scheduled during the first two weeks of January (or adjusted according to the client's timeline).
